Bénédicte began her career as a Financial Analyst at SAFE, an independent research firm. In 1997, she joined CCF Securities, which became HSBC Securities, where she participated in the development of research expertise on Small and Midcaps.

In 2005, she joined Natixis Securities as Supervisory Analyst, responsible for the quality of the analysis office’s studies.

In 2014, Bénédicte joined Gestion 21, an entrepreneurial management company, as Head of Compliance and Internal Control. She became its Secretary General in 2019.

At the end of 2021, she joined Clay Asset Management, as Head of Compliance and Internal Control and Head of Risks. She is appointed Secretary General in 2022

Bénédicte is a graduate of the DEA “Monnaie Finance Banque” from the University of Paris II and the SFAF.
