Diane Prate graduated from University Paris Dauphine with a Master of Finance and a Master in Tax Planning. She started her career at Arthur Andersen, in a department dedicated to medium size companies and foreign groups. She acquired a solid experience in the financial, fiscal and social fields. Diane then joined the SITA Group in Malaysia, as an administrative and financial manager. Back in France, she attended the Wealth Management Master at University Paris Dauphine in 2011 and 2012.

Diane joined Clay Asset Management in September 2013 and runs the Family Office activity.
